Our Mission
The mission of the Green Hope Veterans is to enable homeless veterans, seniors, and youth to become self-sufficient by providing them with:
- job training
- counseling
- housing
- referrals
- scholarships
Job training will include, but not be limited to, classes in environmental business opportunities. Environmentalism and capitalism are not mutually exclusive terms.
Construction of green, affordable housing is one of our goals for Fresno County and the surrounding area. We are currently doing a feasibility study comparing the various methods of green construction.
The Green Hope Veterans incorporate recycling in all of its activities.
